Agricultural Support Program
The Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI), an affiliated body of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, will accept project applications in 2025 in accordance with the call schedule specified below.
SOURCE OF THE PROGRAM
The financial support to be provided to beneficiaries for eligible expenditures will be funded by the IPARD Program Fund, created through the co-financing of the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.
ELIGIBLE PROVINCES
Within the scope of the announced calls, project applications may be submitted from all 81 provinces where the IPARD III Program is being implemented.
MEASURES TO BE SUPPORTED
Within the scope of calls to be announced in 2025, applications will be accepted under the following measures:

In cases where the total amount of support requested in applications exceeds the budget allocated for the Call, applications will be ranked according to the criteria specified in the IPARD Program for the relevant measure, and only as many applications as the available budget allows will be evaluated.
This announcement is intended for informational purposes regarding the call schedule, and the official Call Announcements for each measure shall prevail. The Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution reserves the right to make changes to all matters contained in this announcement.
A study regarding the amendment of the ranking criteria in the IPARD Program has been submitted for approval by the European Commission. Upon approval, the necessary information will be shared with the public by ARDSI.
