Requests for deleting declarations within the scope of DIİB will no longer be accepted.

With its instruction dated 07/03/2025, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye announced that requests for the deletion of export and import declarations under the Inward Processing Authorization Certificate (DIIB) will no longer be accepted.

As of 07 March 2025:

🔹 It will no longer be possible to delete declarations containing incorrect or incomplete product descriptions from the DIIB.
🔹 Companies will be directed directly to the customs administration if they want the relevant declaration not to appear under the DIIB.
🔹 Incorrect declarations may delay the closure of DIIB commitment accounts and may also jeopardize certificates such as OKSB and AEO (YYS).

Companies utilizing the Inward Processing Authorization Certificate are strongly advised to:

  • Ensure that the product description in the declarations is exactly the same as specified in the DIIB.

  • Carefully check the declarations both filed directly by the company and those submitted through customs brokers.

  • If a declaration is not intended to be evaluated within the scope of the DIIB, resolve the issue directly with the relevant customs administration.
